I'm on the way to solve an egr problem on the mentioned car.
I use the Delphi DS150 diag tool and I'm actually fine with it but
I have a small question about some value about the egr on this car.

I searching for a value in my diag tool which would show me the
actual position of the egr valve.

I mean, I found this "Exhaust gas recirculation valve, offset closed position"
which value is all the time 0.71V. No matter is the car driven, hot, cold engine..
I also found this "Exhaust gas recirculation valve, offset open position"
which value is all the time 4.01V. No matter is the car driven, hot, cold engine..

Can somebody confirm me are these values some kind of reference values if the
EGR valve is open then it should feed the ECU with 4.01v and in a closed position
it should feed the ECU with 0.71V? or for what is this?

Where can I monitor in Delphi the EGR valve movement?

Thanks for the reply.
I replaced the egr with another one which generate a code P0403. The old one generate the code P0408.
Everything is fine for me, I know what they mean.

I'm searching for a possibility to read the egr valve position through Delphi diag tool.

Can you please tell me from where can I get the latest software update for this ecu?
I use galletto for working with ecu's.
