Hi chaps

I have a 2013 Golf with the Discover Pro MIB1. I have downloaded the latest Nav map but the system does not detect it on the SD Card.

Is there any way to unlock the Map Update? The Discover Pro came with my car and is not a retrofit/stolen unit. This was before the free map updates VW implemented, for my case, the dealer charges to have a new map installed in the car.

Update file unzipped from 021D0018_ID_TH_PH_SG_MY_BN downloaded via DiscoverCare.

I am using a normal Class 10 Sandisk card.

For which region is your update?
If the update is not detected by the Discover, it is not the correct or incomplete (download error or unpack error)

I am having similar problems updating my VW golf R Discover Pro Generation 2. I have tried every single way that i can think off updating it but none work, on the car when i insert the SD card it just says please check the source. Could you possibly send me a dropbox link or google drive link with the correct files and folders for my car so that I can just copy them to my SD card and it will work. This would be very much appreciated. Looking forward to your reply.
