Ok, i will try with User defined mode....but previous maps do not need this step.

Today I successfully installed the new maps on my Q5. Unlike previous maps, the installation is done with User defined mode. It was not necessary activation on my mmi.

Map 6.24.2 installed and working!
To be installed with USER DEFINED MODE active in green menu and by manually select all items under AUDI_MMI3G_ECE. SD card 64 GB or USB key connected by AMI if installed. |

Hello guys, I have a problem to transfer files on a Secure Digital Samsung 32gb.
The system tells me that the space is not enough: 716mb. remain outside! The SD is formatted in FAT32, and also trying to change the SIZES allocation, the problem still exists! I have to use a 64gb.? AUDI will use an SD 64gb. for this map? For the previous map had no problems! Thank you |

You can use also large USB key if your car is equipped by AMI Audi Music Interface!
If you must use 32 GB SD card you can delete the folder PKGDB/LIT not necessary for mmi3gp. @josdoss See you tomorrow  mmi3gp install info: 1- Not necessary to delete old maps 2- Not necessary to delete nav partition 3- User defined mode active in green menu, SWDL section (only if old map is already activated by Keldo script) 4- Start update and manually select all item (no bootloader) in MMI section AUDI_MMI3G_ECE 5- Not necessary to reactivate new map if Keldo based script was installed for old map The new map is valid also for mmi3g but you have to activate it with FSC code not released yet. |
