RE: How to programme Peugeot 3008 car key remote
There is procedure for remote activation-first you do transponder(key) programming, then wait one minute, after that switch ignition on with the new key, press lock button for 5 or 10 seconds, release lock buton, switch ignition off, remove the key. Than test remote controls.
When you start the procedure, when programming device recognise car system, what numer of programmed keys is shown and what number of remotes? After programming procedure, does it change? Also, maybe you have wrong remote types, especially if you use aftermarket keys. |

RE: How to programme Peugeot 3008 car key remote
Put key into ignition. Turn key to ignition on position. Do not engine start. Hold lock button on key fob for around 10 seconds. Turn off ignition. Now should work ok. If not your coms unit could be faulty or most likely you have badly re virgin keys.
( For Key Fob RF Sync only / Key must start engine first ! ) Put key into ignition. Do not turn ignition on. Leave key in off position with key in barrell. Open bonnet, Close all doors, Remove vehicle battery 15 minutes after closing doors. Leave battery disconnected for 30 minutes. Important key must be in off position in barrel, if it is reconnect battery. Turn ignition on and off. Key should now work ok . If they are second hand keys they won't programme as they will be locked out. As previous post stats. What number of keys does it say are present. 3 ? Does the car actually start on the 3 new keys? |
