2.10 Tool32 works without ActiveX registering, 2.11 and 2.12 not. Try install for clean Windows. But installer of these versions dont have ActiveX registering utility. This is in old 3-step Chinas installer. When you open 2.11 or 2.12 Tool32 without registering, then program itself opens, but stops on loading prg-scripts.
Working install for clean install is next: 1. Install from Chinas installer (step 1) Standard Tools, after install opens 2 Dos utilitys. Let him run to the end. 2. Reboot 3. Delete all installed catalogs (ECapps, NCSExpert, Ediabas) 4. Run installer 2.11 or 2.12 5.Reboot 6. Add to INPA, NCS, NFS all files and scripts from previos versions, what needed. I copied them from other working program. Also Ediabas>Ecu catalogue (directory). Also install OBD drivers as needed and configure port numbers on OBD driver and Ediabas> Obd.ini . By default is 3 on OBD driver. Set on OBD driver latency timer to 1 ms. |
