Try decreasing upload to 50% of your max upload speed. Change global connections to 500 and connections per torrent to 250. Also enable protocol encryption.

Using utorrent its downloading for me at 500 kb\s on a 5mb connection.

I unpacked all files.
Then Snapshots into ista dir and overrive.
But when I run VM I got errow - Cannot open the disk ...ISSS-00003.vmdk
