anyone know do i need to program anything when changing BSM(under the hood fuse box?

My wipers dont work all the time, they just stop after few minutes, but i hear the
relay clicking, i order new one and hope to solve my problem.

You don't need programming in a way that would work.

U might need to change settings/coding (telecodage) if the used one have some other specific one.
