Ah, didn't notice the vesion. Can you try if V2 works? I don't think I tested V3 with that old ISTAs.

Depends on your needs
 V2's functionality is identical to V3 for older ISTA's except that voltage control app can't be minimized, but then I think you might be able to use control app from V3. It was so long ago I made it that I don't remember exactly...

I installed 4.12.12 and all is working fine with voltage control V3, thanks a lot

Don't know. Don't have XP to test for many years now. But there is not much reason to have this for INPA.
