Hi,

i think for use with istalauncherconsole the file BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.03.30.istapackage is needed too. I get an error if i start the console without en-language-file.

you can install languages without launcher, just unpack in sqlitedb foder, now all ok

after regedit
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA

Create or change
DataVersion_en-GB (in value 4.03.30)

after this launch bmw ista launcher.

this works for me after changing the value for "en" and "de".
Is it able to generate the file "BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_de-DE_4.03.30.istapackage" if i only have the files "streamdataprimitive_DEDE.sqlite" and "xmlvalueprimitive_DEDE.sqlite"?

I've had the same issue, I was able to work around it just using the full files from Spider80's torrent for EN-GB, but before i updated those the launcher would crash every time I tried to upgrade from 4.03.21 to 4.03.30. Would really appreciate it if someone has access to the Delta file for EN-GB 4.03.30.
