Easy coding tool
Anyone using this tool...as i'm having some issues getting it to connect to cars
i have had it working on an old laptop but now cant get it to connect on my new laptop, tried some different esys cables etc but still no joy maybe lan address???? |

That looks like a standard ENET cable. Some come as one piece and others with detachable CAT5.
I have never used that particular cable though. Are you getting any errors? Can you paste connection screenshot? To which vehicle are you trying to connect? Is engine running? Which software versions are you using? Do you have any third party security suite (eg, Kaspersky) ? For proper connection:

I'm not familiar with your tool.
Maybe you should open/dismantle it and check what's inside. If what you find is only wires that means this is just a plain and simple E-net cable which you could use with E-sys. It's not that "easy" as advertised for your tool/software but it does the work flawlessly. On the other hand, if you find inside a PCB with electronic components on it, that means your tool is "something else" and probably it will work only with the software provided on your dongle/flash drive. In this case is recommended to contact the supplier and ask for support. |
