Hi,
I have troubles with connecting with F series with ISTA/P via ICOM. ISTA+, ISTA D, NCS expert, Winkfp works without problems. After retrieving VIN and model designation, ISTA P throws CASTOR error 63014. I updated ICOM with new firmware, checked all settings but cannot get connection. I also tried with another computer with older ISTA P version but same problem. Here I post my setup, if anyone has a clue what might be wrong.. I can flash E series without problems with mine ICOM, flashed a lot of cars in past. I think there must be some problem with connecting to car "Ethernet" port. I also turned off firewall on PC, removed car battery, done Flex ray initialization with ISTA+, so I am out of ideas. I want to program this car to code used EPS module. |

I have the same problem at all F-Series, at E-Series no problem.
I try everything, reinstall ISTA-P, disable Firewall, disable Kaspersky, update ICOM to newest firmware, disconnect battery for more than one hour, close the car for more than 24 hours, connect ICOM after 3 minutes of ingiton on... The ICOM works perfect at ISTA-D. I'm facing the same problem with F's. I have tried all the solutions proposed in forum but nothing works. Best regards If problem is related with firmware, is there a way to use a different firmware version not too far from 3.15.02? |

After testing this weekend, I can say that same installation doesn't work with 3.15.02 firmware but works with 3.14.03!!!!
By the way, version of ISTAP is 3.59.06 and icom is A2 |

See the release notes, tERMINAL 15 sporadically turns off, clip drivers seat belt into place, have seen the problem & seat belt allowed session to proceed
