I have same problem. I can use last firmware but not support F series programming. Same software same firmware different icom A2 try succesed programming. in my opinion not support processor.

I have same error and have tried all the suggestions and linked suggestions. Is there anything new to try? ISTA+ tells me I need to update software using ISTA/P but I thought ISTA+ was supposed to do that. That is following a NOX sensor fault on a 328d.

The problem is the ICOM it self, I have 2 of them, the first one which I failed to upgrade the firmware works with ISTA-p without any error, when I connect the ICOM with updated firmware it will give the same error and faults like everyone here, that mean new firmware in ICOM will not work with ISTA-P 3.60.

I am almost sure (maybe not in your case) that the problem is not in icom is not in the installation ista files, only the problem is zgw connect whatever you want and you will not program it anyway, why? because zgw does not give a connection check zgw in tool32 and You can see that programming is not active, or inpa ability to wakeup is OFF  Sorry, translator wrote If it my post is helpful, please push rep and press thanks to me . . . |
