135i stolen DME
Hello guys got 135i 2009y , bought replacment
cas dme key and now car doesnt go in ignition , no crank nothing, i cant complete synchro , and interesting thing that with old cas and key, car goes in ignition mode, i think about flashing dme but as i understand it wont start cause neet to virginize eeprom correct? Btw old dme that was stolen was with index 02 this one 01, could it cause something? |

Every time I had to replace a CAS (and a few times a DME) from dealer, I had to flash the CAS/DME first, then code it, and then and ONLY then can you perform DME-CAS sync to get car working.
CAS flashing is with key out of ignition. WinKFP with NCSExpert works fine for both. |

So probably after flashing donor cas and dme to my vin , perform resynch with my old key and it should work?I dont remember can i flash without ignition mode(i mean with key pos 1) , yep about cas i remember that

I was under the assumption that these were dealer new DME and CAS.
Your old key will not work with the donor CAS. You will need the keys that came with the donor CAS. Unless you have some expensive equipment to edit the CAS, you need matched second hand DME+CAS+keys. You can change coding and VIN later. |

Yes you written what i told before , i have fullpackage of them, but problem is that car doesnt go in ignition , about errors only sinchro error persist, how it would be?
