2008 BMW 323i coding failed with ISTA-P 3.60.2.001
I just updated KLIMA module on that car
programming went ok coding failed tried 2 times same thing. tried with NCSExpert and error there see attachment for some reason cant get NCSExpert to work i installed it on 3 different computers obviously KLIMA isnt working properly |

Usually that error is due to an error in the VO code itself from car.

I've never ran into this, but I would first check that the VO code matches the car (maybe try other modules to read from?), or matching from VIN decoders. There may be conflicting VO codes written.
