VW golf/bora PD130 remap/tuning tool
Hi guys! am looking to get my VW bora PD130 (ASZ engine code) remapped. Would like and appreciate any help as im looking for a program I can download to a laptop with reliable tuning files (that have been tried and tested) so I could attempt to carry this out.

You need to remap the file out of the ecu.
dont use pretuned files... i can help you if you want |

Thanks for the replies, and thank you sandor1987. which program would you recommend to do this? I hear about MPPS etc but would appreciate any advise on which one to use and/or what version. and thank you for the offer. I will try and get back to you on this. many thanks!

Mpps is just the tool / interface of which you read the ecu with
the software required to modify the file is opinionated and preferable ECM titanium, swiftec and of course winols are the main 3 |

VAGEDCsuite is very good for PD tuning, recognises all maps and is free.

Get a kess v2 (more expensive than mpps ) but best
post file here or there are two active free maps threads here if you look you will see,choose one not both please. experienced tuner advice winols is king but harder. vagedc is free if you want to try and do yourself  all the best i help who i want! when i want to! otherwise dont ask free stuff

Mpps and vagsuite for VAG edc15 are the best!
mpps can recover edc15 vagsuite its a free program and show you a aprox power band. i use it always for edc15 best tool there is. |
