WinKFP will write just fine even if ALL software is erased (FF everywhere).

Keep in mind the advice above. To flash CAS, you need key out, ignition off.

Thanks for your help, I'll do that.
What must to be done after flashing, do I need to make synchronisation with car or just try to start engine?

Flash with WinKFP, code with NCS Expert using data from light module,
then sync DME/DDE to CAS.


(Or I guess you can use ISTA P, but that usually causes more problems than fixes them).


Make SURE you use a quality interface (ICOM) to flash.

Keep in mind you must use matched DME/DDE with CAS, matched with key.


You cannot mix and match CAS with a different key, with a different DME/DDE...

Unless you have very fancy tools.

Cables are burned and changed with other, motor was not burned only few plastic parts.
I don't have some fancy tools only K+DCan cable, inpa, ediabas and programs for coding and flashing.
I hope that I'm gonna save some money for my friend and not make some disaster.
