Hi, here i have peugeot 206 1.4hdi
the bsi end the engine ecu is not from the car.
I take the bsi and the ecu second hand from two cars.
Can you give me guide how to match them and start the car.
I give a try make them virgin and learn with pp2000 but not success.
i appreciate step by step explanation.

1/you need the same ECU SW/HW
if your new ecu is the same as the old do this
1/ in the attachment you fonde a virgin fill for the bsi writ the fill to the bsi and plug one car
2/ bay a new keys
3/ use pp2000/diagbox and programme the new keys with the pin from the ECU
the bsi+keys are virgi thay accept the new pin
4/ whene you programe the bsi use the org vin from your car and telecode the car option with pp200/diagbox

now another problem on the engine ecu there is


P1505- Intermittent fault engine stopped. triggering of the airbag impact detector

no dtc in the airbag unit, if i disconnect any airbag , dtc apear and after i connect i can clear it. all fuse are ok

HI this fault is from the org car of new ecu it is crashed but your car start with this fault no problem and if you erase this fault it will came or not ?

The original ecu is with water and is beyond repair and i cant read anything from it. I cant delete it.
