Install latest microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2

Standalone ISTA-D works fine with I COM.
But programming is greyed out.
the Folder data_swi i create and put in the psdzdata.
is there something i do wrong ?
ISTA-P is working but it will be nice to know, why Programming with ISTA-D will not work.
Someone here, to put me in the right direction ?

i use, SQliteDB s are all fine. diagnostic full working.
after quick test on f series, programming is greyed out.
i use istagui with nofasta.
i have a look in the registry and the value of Version database is ok.

No, u can't find SWIData 4.04.21.
only Data Version 4.04.20
Reg fix Is 4.04.20

In Ista i can see, RheingoldProgramming Is 4.04.10

Perhaps, the mistake Is, i copy the data_swi Folders from a working Original Ista D System. Same Version. Some files missing i think.
