Would someone please advise? I am getting a "Usage Period has ended" error when I try to start Ista/P. I am not able to install 3.61.2.002 update. I have Admin Client 4.2.7.87 offline activated.

The version 3.61.0.500 of the iSTA/P application that you are using is no longer valid.
Please install an update to the latest version. If you have any questions, please contact your ISPI Next administrator.

ruben_17non I appreciate your help but unfortunately it did not work for me. Unless I am doing something wrong... it still gives me theISTA/P Error 25000 error which is the basic version not found error, even though it does let me install 3.61.500 and 3.61.1.001, or atleast it says installation successful for those versions...

Thank you Reclaimer, I'm aware of pshoey's thread. However, I got the offline activation for free as many others did here by another member so before I have to resort to paying for it I just want to try everything possible to fix it.

I won't presume this to be a license issue. It could be that the previous install attempts might not have completed, but still the registry is updated. You can try removing all references to the version which failed to install in the registry and try again.
