my problem is always when i try to store 1B the new fsc i'll get error 11048. All others went completely successful!

what are i'm doing wrong?

Problem solved by my own. Date of FSC in CIC was same like new FSC. Changed date of new FSC and it works!

Again I need your help I've patched my CIC, it has restart and now navigation is grayed on navi screen. But I can't load any file or path into fstool so now I'm without navi at all
I have also try to use Dr Gini 021, succesfully connected with car but when I try load fsc from patchers directory i get an error: "Can't find COAPILib32v4.0...." Can Dr Gini generate FSC codes or only load them into car?
I'm rather noob and tought getting 9c fsc code would be easier

EDIT: Ok. I've reinstaled software few times according instructions in this thread and FSTool start working. Tomorrow I'll try put fcs codes in cic unit. Fingers cross

So I had to virginize CIC, replace root cert and import FSCs form repair pack. (Luckily I had the original rcert.swt, saved long time ago for backup purposes.)

I had similar situation. Ori CIC was stolen, so I replaced with newer one and couldn`t load ori FSCs. So decided to "virginize" with this patch and only way I found to get it working was inject the custom FSC (sic!). I had no backup rcert.swt

Can you send me please your rcert.swt, just for take a look on it. Thanks

Two days ago I was trying to upload (using FSTool) a set of new FSC codes to my used CIC unit without "virginizing" it and I failed. Then I copied copie_scr.sh to empty USB drive and my CIC reboot and displayed BMW logo with bootloader. After a minute without any progres, I reboot my CIC unit and now I have only BMW sign on the welcome screen. CIC doesnt go any further, I cannot see it in INPA (no 63,62, A0) address , can't flash it in Winkpf via obd or MOST (only tried Comfort mode and there is no communications). of course USB stick doesnt do anything.

Of course CIC has the latest software and it is US version.

Any idea about further steps how to get comunication again with CIC?

Right IP address? Did you use tftp32?

If not, try tftp32 set ip range to 192.168.0.50 and Poolsize 50

Run tool and use ftp to connect to your cic

I use Putty for the connection. IP address is right 192.168.1.77 as far as I recall.
I have spare CIC unit and Putty is working (I know that sometimes IP address might be slightly different).
