After 5 day i managed somehow to activate the navigation, thank you all for your posts.
But i have some issue: i activated just cert. 17 and 19. How do i import 1B, 0F and others? What's the good "Appl.-Nr" id for 1B?

No. You neues Thema 1B FSC and "phoenix wrapper"...you can generate the map code by yourself

It is possible to create FSCs with accepted Certificates and SIG? 

I have tried to import Certificate and SIG, and these are rejected. Now i found worked certificates and SIG files these are Accepted from my CIC. 

FSCs are recjected but SIG und Certificates are green. 

Anyone can create FSCs with accepted certificate and sig?

Hi

with many thanks to sebastianfernandes, i managed to upload 17,19 and 1B fscs.

as this forum is about sharing, i will post sebastian's instructions which he sent to me.
moreover, i have made an Archive with an working FSTool kit - carserver+fstool+ediabas+jre.

with this archive, all above fscs  have been uploaded into CIC.

last but not least -@intel123 - many thanks from my side too for your contribution and the willingness to share.

When you have downloaded dr gini from forum you will have a zip called folder ediabas, and ecu and api32.dll. Extract the contents and copy paste in c:\ediabas and then copy paste C\ediabas\ecu with the contents of Ecu.zip. Do the same for api32.dll file in c:\ediabas\bin. Now install gini. You will see that gini has made a folder called server in C:\ediabas\bin. Copy it's contents and paste in c:\ecapps\carserver. Now it should work without returning error 7009.

Hello, Ediabas and Jre from those links are not available anymore, only FSTool and CarServer. Any links available? I need FSTools, tried few versions, installed CarServer and Jre, disabled VServer etc., but no luck. I believe the problem is Ediabas folder, thow i`m not shure...Thanks!

did anyone had the issue that after the USB with the script was put into the USB slot and the CIC restarted, then the CIC would continuously restart after BMW logo?
it does this on the car but it does not do it on the bench when i start it, uploaded all the FSCs and updated the maps.
after this, i put it on another car and again restarts after bmw logo

OK, i have read and reread this thread a few times now. and have a question.

Can this method be used on the same cic when bench testing??? so if i wanted to try several vin repair packs.

So, will the cic accept multiple virginise usb loads?

I have also made a script that will write packs for everything needed for an retrofit.
