XPROG 5.51 problem after flash atmega DEVICE SILENT

Ok first problem ( "hardwarwe registration") solved after flash.
i used another xprog v5 to update atmega firmware. Xprog read atmega64 OK. NOW when i use xprog 5.5.1 i cant write atmega64 , error: device silent. Any idea? I helped you, dont forgot press Rep+thanks

Device silent= no power to mcu
