3 xtool X100 pro
4 Toyota smart key maker
5 xprog clone
Questions
1 Can techstream generate seed code for this euro market model. I read somewhere that techstream only generate seed code for U. S market models
2 Can Toyota smart key maker do all keys lost for 4C transponder. I have this for a year now but never use it because there was no clear instruction for using it

I think you can do it with litle help...with those tools..you can read 24c02 from immo box or ecu and add key with keymaker,xtool(but not sure) or you can give us vin+seed key to calc pass-code for you..

Europeans Toyota can be done only by eeprom job, except you buy the new European tool adapter for toyota cars you can perform immobilizer reset inside the vehicle.

Can you post file here so that we can virginize it. Read it with xprog. And send picture of ecu

I think you dont need tools for this car mate. Just buy-cut new key with chip inside.You can even use a second hand lock and keys from scrap. Put key in igition then go to obd port short circuit contact 4 with contact 13 of the obd port. Turn ignition on (dont start the car) and wait 30 minutes for sync. You will see a few lights blinking on dash thats normal.
