One question: if the navi data is activated with software version 770, can i do a software update in the future without losing navi data activating? I think the answer is yes but I'm not sure...

the answer is no - you will lose your activation. so you need to using version 770 with this map - there isnt only FSC code but also modified MMI3Gapplication

its reason why diffrent activator is for 770 and 767 - so if you will upgrade or downgrade pls forget about activation using same MMI3GApplication

You'll only have to get a FSC generic file with any VIN number inside and to import it in the MMI.
But now we have to wait for 2015 right ??

When I will come back home I'll also try to look at the differences between original and patched MMI3GApplication file. It seems that one effect of the patched file is to block the access to the VIN number. My 2013 FSC file is also masked when I access it in the red menu.

question was - if I will upgrade FW in future to version xxx will my activation for map 2014 works or not?

answer: no - its related with MMI3GApplication file - so new FW will needs new modified MMI3GApplication file. its a reason why you need to use diffrent MMI3Gapp for 767 and 770
