You have the rmc version, not the 3GP. You need navigation on sd card dont know if theres already a solution.

Hello, I found already solution... But there is problem, you should have old SD card reader. I tried SD card readers in many notebooks, but only one works - on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 (oldest one). Pls check my post:

I already have 2014 maps, but first - you should try to put the card into some card readers and write there any file. If does it work, you are ready for rewrite new map and I can send you newest map. Only solution is overwrite old map with new one on same card. Regards

Great work! But why you don't need to activate? Have you updated the firmware of the rmc? i will try it if it's safe in my A1

You first updated from 2011 to 2013 and nog from 2013 to 2014??

Hello, no, simple you don't need to activate maps. There is only activated SD card. There is a hidden partition not readable in normal card reader (i read on internet, that this is Garmin copy protection) and card reader in car only check, if there is good and activated card, no mpas. I have to check type of SD card reader. Second problem is, that writing to this card take aprox 6-12 hours.

Please share your 2014 maps here 2014 is working in your A6?

I got problems with activating the map.

Car: A4 B8
Unit: 3G Plus (no SIM); 9498; 8R1 035 664 B
Sw: K0767 8R0906961DH
Map: 6.17.3 8R0060884BK
Used activator: SERGEYNIK, Carson

I've tried every possibility and still after few minutes I got message: Maps are not activated
I done:
Option #1 SERGEYNIK Patch (2 time map install)
0. Formatted nav partition.
1. Installed maps 6.17.3 from torrent
2. Replaced metainfo2 and VW folder on map SD card. Metainfo2 from http://www.sergeynik.com/mmi/metainfo2.rar
3. Installed once more map (it changed only few files)
4. Reboot and wait 2 minutes
5. Put on second sd card files and folders on root of sd from MMI3GApp_path_change.rar from http://www.sergeynik.com/mmi/MMI3GApp_path_change.rar
6. Put into folder SERGEYNIK/efs-persist/ one file - MMI3GApplication
7. Insert sd to unit, wait to start script, press key then wait till script finish then press key.
8. Reboot
9. Wait 2 minutes in navigation window - Map is not activated. FAIL

Option #2 Carson Patch (2 time map install)
1. Same till 6.
2. Put on another sd card files and folders from DG767_Patch.rar to root of sd card.
3. Insert sd to unit, wait to start script, press key then wait till script finish then press key.
4. Reboot (black screen bit longer then normally)
5. Wait 2 minutes in navigation window - Map is not activated. FAIL

Option #3 SERGEYNIK Patch (1 time map install)

By now ive downgraded to 5.15.5 and no activation also !!
Before whole upgrading i got 5.15.3 and K0612 software.

Im think that is something wrong with FSC keys files. (In engeneering menu keys 00040007, 00040405 and all other got info legal)
Can anyone help me with that ? I will deliver any info you need.

Install original map, without changes. After that activate with the carson patch, in thus thread there is a tuto from me, you can see how the folder structure from the activation looks like, copy the folders on the root of the sd. FSC is with the 7 on the end only in the FSC folder. Succes!
