Hello,

I installed XDOS 12 2018 , but when I want to connect my SD C4 mux to a vehicle , there is no connection between C4 and computer by LAN and Wifi ...

In Administration Toolkit SDconnect, the SD C4 is not present, mux not accessible 

   

   

I changed LAN IP to : 172.29.127.119 255.255. 255.000

same problem

I dont know what to do, could you help me please ?

Does the mux locked? Or you can delete config and do the setup once again?

It is not locked because it works on other pc

but with mine, mux is not detected by Toolkit, i cant select it to configure it

I have SD4 Mux , I dont think there is drivers for this.
   


I think I will try copy DAS folder  and Xentry Folder from ananother pc to this pc ...

Tool kit selection is available only for WiFi. In LAN mode C4 should be detected automatically. Try to re-install Tool Kit. What is shown on C4 LED screen when powered up and green LAN connected?

He got this with me and after several attempts solved the problem and the solution was to change the address to 172 29 127 100 or 172 29 127 11

ok thank you guys, i will apply this

the pb could be with the Tool Kit (administration) because it doesnt detect mux even in LAN mode with the green cable

changing the ip could fix it also I hope

Disable antivirus/firewall.

Also, check your LAN socket in the laptop and the GREEN cable and LAN network adapter (and drivers). Tool Kit should recognize the C4 connection even regardless IP address.
