I come back to you because I have a volume problem with voice command and telephone conversations.

The music works normally, whether with radio, MP3 or even video, I have no problem sound.

This only happens with voice command and telephone conversations.

I specify my configuration, I use a NBT EVO G11 in 2.3 in firmware version 61.1.

Rretrofit in an E90 with a high-end individual amp that I also retrofit.

I do not understand why I have a lack of volume when I activate the voice command or when I receive a call, I am forced to put the volume fully and close the windows.

It's really annoying, I hope you may have an answer to bring me.

Would replacement of a HK F-Series amplifier solve the problem?

I had a similar problem with my EVO retrofit into E92 with Top HiFi amp. I replaced amp with F series HK and it is much much better.

Thank you for the answer, but I do not want to change amp, the high-end individual E-series is more powerful than the HK F series

There is a FDL parameter called ' Audio signal routing ' its already have its description written in English, check the balance/fader values, this might be the issue, encountered me after retrofitting an alpine sound system.

Yes, I know he did not mention whether if the sound was coming from the rear end only or both, i just mentioned it as it worked for me and might help him.
However, i noticed on E9x with CIC, when i coded the audio system to HiFi the sound of the voice commands, calls etc is reduced alot.!!!

I've already tried different settings, either in individual high end or HK surroundsound, it's the same, the sound is good for both, but the level is low for vocal CMD or phone calls.

I use a BimmerRetrofit emulator, and this since my old NBT, I just updated to support the EVO
