Cant write flash tms 28F512A minipro
I have problem to program tms 28f512 by tl866 I have read the original file and tried to write back no way gives errors to verify need help

F stands for Flash that means read/write capability. But 28F is old generation of flash era, they will need +12v on Vpp pin to write. Look on the datasheet for pinout and check the programmer that if +12v is present during write !

For read/write this flash is better use old Willem (i use one with LPT port).
