Car, E60, it had 2.3 engine,
engine was swapped to 3.0

DME and CAS are stock
MSV70, CAS2

VIN: WBANE31020B951065
DME_FAMILY_TYPE: MSV70
DME_ORIG_ZB: 7559593
CURRENT_VC: NE31

so,
I have changed FA to
NEW_VC: NE71
I searched kmm and found ZB: 7581234 and flashed it

Car has error 2FA4
i have coded DME
can not code CAS whatever it try,
ncsexpert stops at ecu conditions error or sequence error
(have tried without key, with key, with ign on)

tried coding CAS with old vehicle type and it goes fine

power class is obviously same as dme+cas are stock

any suggestions?
do i have to change power class to make it possible to code CAS with NE71?
or what would you suggest?

Whats the powerclass of the ZB your trying to flash to vs your original? It'll probably be easier to modify the powerclass in the new ZB your trying to flash to match your original and write it via BDM.

If you dont want to open the dme, Hassmaschine over on E90post can get you a custom ODA & OPA that you can flash via Expert Mode in WINKFP that will ignore the RSA....

You need to change PowerClass in CAS dump.
Here is hint for 525, 528 & 530:
