I was looking to buy VAG TACHO V5.0, initially for programming MK4 Golf 1.9 TDI key (or at least get IMMO code and do it with VCDS) my question is, will this lead and software do the job? Or do I need an earlier version and software?

I'd much rather get the V5.0 if it does what I need it to.

Any help in this matter greatly appreciated.

yes this cable can read your pin code and can program new key ... also its can do mileage calibration ... or you can read the pin code and program the key with vcds

Can anyone help me out with the driver/software for the Chinese VAGTACHO v5
I've waited 6 weeks for it to get here, and the disk is damaged
been in touch with supplier, who say they can't help
mines the one with the blue code dongle
