Anyone able to help me with this?

Car details:
Audi A4 B5 Avant 1998
2.4 AGA
Original Cluster: 8D0919881J VDO
S4 Used Cluster: 8D0919881L VDO

Goal:
Original cluster is still working but will be replaced with an S4 cluster (used).

Problem:
Installed S4 cluster, learned keys with VCDS (code is known) but the car stalls after starting. VCDS on Engine ECU gives error: Immobilizer activated.

Tried:
Read milage and dump from old cluster. Changed milage in S4 cluster with VAG Eeprom programmer (OK), retrieved PIN for IMMO and key learning (OK -> yellow immo icon goes out), the car starts and stalls immediately.
Copied serial numbers and PIN from old cluster to S4 cluster, yellow immo icon goes out, still stalls

At this point I just want the IMMO off... Unless someone has an idea about this problem.

if you need immo off for your car thene post the fill from your ECU there is no immo off in the cluster fill
