Mercedes w212 turbo problem
Hello guys,
i have with me here a w212 diesel blue efficiency that does not rev over 3000r/min.the car has been in different garages where the owner was told that the problem was dpf but when i diagnose it the codes i get are the following, P0070-OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE SENSOR P2263-BOOST PRESSURE REGURATION,INCORRECT FLOW P2454-THE INPUT FOR DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR 1 IN THE DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER. P2600- OUTPUT FOR CIRCULATION PUMP"COOLANT" P244B- DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE 2074- UNKNOWN ANY IDEAS?????? |

RE: Mercedes w212 turbo problem
First check DPF pressure sensor plausibility. I have a feeling you have a problem with this sensor or pipes. After this then regen DPF (might need cleaning with chemicals). Then check and see hopefully 2263,2454,244B will be gone.
If 0070 remains then need to investigate this. 2600 will be unrelated to the above, and I have no idea what 2074 is. |

RE: Mercedes w212 turbo problem
After further investigation it seems the original dpf inside combs were removed by the last mechanic but it did not solve anything probably because he didn't remove the dtc. Now the owner got another used dpf which is now installed on car. The thing is, I have never removed dtcs before. can I read this Delphi ecu with BDM100? Can removing dtc solve the problem

RE: Mercedes w212 turbo problem
Your DPF is clogged or exhaust leakage.
Your delphi ecu can be rewrited without any problems by FGTeCH clone, i did many. Its CRD2 or CRD3. Resolve your DPF problem and do all your engine adaptations , by XENTRY of course. |
