Depends on if you use the rcleaner. If Yes you have to enter license again. If not and only run the regfix you dont have to enter license again.

Is the icom firmware the unprotected one or the original?

ISTA-D 4.05.32 Standalone
Keep in mind that OPs Regfix has a lot of entries in it that may not be desirable especially if you've already updated 4.05.31 and 4.05.32 SDP delta files prior to this standalone release since the regfix as is will revert the service data entry to 4.05.22. Personally I just manually changed the build number entry using regedit. Didn't need to bother with any of the other entires.
