E60 530D Internal 4 error and no check engine light
Hi everybody. I have an problem with 2005 E60 530D. Car haven't good performance seems limp mode and when I open ignition there is no check engine light.
ABS DTC and DSC light goes off after few seconds but never turn on engine check light Errors : 46D3 Internal 4 I programmed DDE ecu via ISTA-P but still same. Dashboard pic : |

What other errors are you getting? I also get a lot of DDE Internal 4 errors when I prepare ECUs on my bench. I'm not exactly sure what causes this error to pop up, but it does go away when ecu is fitted to the car.
On my bench I have most thing connected to ecu, except for airmass and turbo actuator. I suppose DDE Internal 4 relates to these items seeing as it goes away on a working car. If these items on your car is a problem, you will have limp mode and poor performance. |
