You need replace StarkeyCenter and AddonCenter to fix some its problems. Or leave as is
Yes，the StarkeyCenter and AddonCenter have been replaced。I can enter the program and open the Settings, operation a minute or two after the error report.

Hope I'm wrong, wish to be solved sooner.
I tried it with the replacement file in May, but it was wrong and there was no error code。 What do you mean (but it was wrong and there was no error code) ? and what file did you replace?
My files not for solving 3.91 error

This version is change for everything coming
Because all System UI is changed for New GUI Java
and all old note is changed
and also its improvement on inside java for performance working That give more stable
