Autocom cdp+ problem
Hello.
 I'm new here.So I have a problem with my autocom cdp+. Now I'm using autocom cdp+ cars 2013 r3 software, firmware is updated. Test was successful..The VCI Diagnostic tool is recognized by windows too. When I try to connect to bmw e60 2006 it says make sure that the tester is correctly connected to the vehicle and that the ignition is turned on etc. But ignition is on, cdp+ receives power from obd, blue led turns on. try whit autocom whituot problem here its diference 100 dolars 3500 dolars |

SpAcE7, That problem on E60 is a common even I have come across this many times all I do is disconnect the diagnostic tool from the car and also from your computer USB switch Ignition OFF lock wait for a min and try again and it has always worked for me.........Mind well even I use Original Interface or Opus CMT which is same as Autocom and Delphi..... I agree with coleagues  , you contact manufacturer (Sweden) because for price of 3.500 USD, this Autocom must work diagnostic on space ships... 
Quality tool as the beautiful woman...

Hi to all
I have the same problem as SpAcE7, my autocom is clone(2013 release 3, 100251) , software installation is ok, activation is ok, all is ok. But when I try to connect to vehicle(peugeot 206 year 2002, hyundai getz 2006), i have this problem mentioned above. I tried to install the software on another PC, still same problem, I changed the usb cable but still nothing. thanks |

Have you update to 2.13.3.2 ? The last version solve Database bug and other .
If you have original and work ok try other BMW with same ECU . Can you connect on eOBD ? |
