I'm update my EPC to 02.2017 and now have this error...

Error 462: EWA Session Token is expired!

However, I have tried everything, I have logged in again, but when I open the http://localhost:9000/EWA-net/Login/trySSO.do the following message appears:

System error: Could not establish communication with user database. Impossible to continue with work.

For those of us who get a bit nervous about .exe files (no offense, zcc: you do a great job!), you can also do it manually by
editing C:\Programme\ewa\config\um_cfg.xml,
and changing the values in lines 50 and 52 to -1, as in
change line 50 from
<PARAMETER name="tokenActiveMinutesAfterStart">30</PARAMETER>
to
<PARAMETER name="tokenActiveMinutesAfterStart">-1</PARAMETER>

and change line 52 from
<PARAMETER name="tokenActiveMinutesAfterReinitialization">480</PARAMETER>
to
<PARAMETER name="tokenActiveMinutesAfterReinitialization">-1</PARAMETER>

Please note this only applies to EPC 04 2014, and also note that slight errors in editing
xml config files could be nasty!
