try this flash+eeprom+micro
I just do not remember if you write eeprom is it necessary to program keys.

Hello. I want to tell you what have been found:
ECU works only with backup file (unknown mod)
Ecu doesn't work with any other files (wrote by bdm). It has no communication with fault code reading.

The obd programming was locked

The car has shitty injectors and that's why it doesn't start. I have pushed ignition for 20sec and it finally started.

I would like to thank you for advices!
