It is detected as False Positive by some AntiVirus Programs so don't worry, is normal.
Disable AntiVirus
Click right on installer - properties - unblock (if it's the case)
Install DTC Installer.exe (AS ADMINISTRATOR)
Run Program
On screen you will have your HW-ID
Push CTRL+C and make a new text file and paste (CTRL+P) there the key.
Open KG, put key after generation copy license.key to installed folder

Have fun and read txt to the end.

You could try compatibility mode to W7 and check run as administrator but best for auto world softs is WINDOWS 7

What I am doing wrong? I need remove DTC P3130 from BIN file Octavia I 66kW 1.9TDi EDC15, but the DTCRemover show me still error "Genral System Error. Aborted"? Have anybody idea?

I am also having the exact same issue trying to remove not only P3130 on Audi A4 B6 2.5tdi 163hp BDG EDC15VM but also I attempted to remove 00287 ABS wheel sensor DTC and received the same "General system error. Aborted" message ? this was only possible once I had in settings chosen to skip file size check or I received a Error of " Incorrect size "

Also I notice from your screenshot you have provided that you too seem to be missing the "Scan function" for OBD codes indicated in the manual by a magnifying glass to the right of the OBD text window as am I ? is the manual for an updated version perhaps or have I maybe gone wrong somewhere in the installation process ?

One last thing to add is that I also downloaded a rar file from the list named "MTX DTC Remover 1.8.5.0 pass 1qaz" but am unable to extract it as the password is not "mtxdtc" is this at all relevant ?
