I have 2 VMWare installs of ETKA 1 win7 other win xp

today i try to update and only VW did finish rest failed on both machines.
also no errors showing

version is 7.5 plus

any thoughts about this?

Maybe it is because ETKA is now on Version 8.0 and the new updates are not compatible.

Try updating to 8.0 by running C:\ETKA\PROG\VIII\ETKA_80_Install.exe. It worked for me, and some others, but some people have a problem (ETKA installation not found).

ok.. did install and have downloaded updates but also the new instalation will not update the updates...?

For the latest updates for audi/seat/skoda exist small bug and you must repeate the update procedure when and after vw updated successfully......
Do not redownload the updates just repeat the procedure........
At least with this way i managed to update mine Etka.....

Now i get error that i have 14 days untill program will not work anymore

i did remove and redownload all updates and still etka will NOT update them

Ik know what is going on i think, for all brands except VW there are missing updates 5 for each brand thats why the update does not work..

example seat is till 700 and in update folder it starts with 705 so im missing 701, 702, 703, 704

EDIT:

ok found solution in all data2 folders there arE 2 update logs delete the highest and updates will work again

Lecom since yesterday she released official fix for this issue and today they add on their servers the fixed updates and also the latest ones 1184-710-716.......
