I can't not update from 3.62.1 to 3.62.2, installation always crush.
Base version is installed, I have downloaded from here.

3.62.1.003 to 62.1.003 and update 3.62.2.003 after application.xml edit 62.2.003 to 3.62.2.003 ,,,,

I'll try now to re-download files, probably are corrupt.

I have this error.

You need to install first the basic version 3.62.000, after that 3.62.1 and now 3.62.2.
When you make copy paste with download from torrent this update don't work.

Did you downloaded from torrent or you have installed?
To upgrade you must to install full version which yout find here in this forum.

If you are using older beemerboy88's loader with the xml fixup as suggested by spider, I think you need to put it back to original before installing update.

I use loader V6.2L (Rev2) and did nothing on xml, and still I get error.


Now I must instal from the beginning.

Updating works fine (loader 6.2L Rev2 or admin client license). Check your install log for errors.

Standalone version from spider80 torrent obviously will not update. Wait for new torrent or do fresh install from 62.0.

After resetting loader and instal from 3.62.0 everything went well.

I would recommend to make a backup of the ISTAP folder after every new installed build number and safe it somewhere else with the corresponding version number. Path were you can find it is Program data BMW ISPI Data TRIC ISTAP.

Than search the ECU data folder inside the new made backup and delete it to safe memory on your SSD.

Before every update restore the small backup folder (mentioned before about 1.1GB) over the original ISTAP folder and the build is fresh as the same way after any previous installation. Now evey update should work.
