This is what you need:

ISTA-D 4.07.13 Standalone

BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_GLOBAL_4.07.12.istapackage
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_en-GB_4.07.12.istapackage

Unpack it an put the .sqlite in SQLiteDBs folder.

Got it, Managed to get it working ... almost! I added the en_GB file to the SQL folder, but when I search my vin number it says nothing found. Do I also need the Global DB?

Me again, everything is updated but German ISTA DB still remains as 4.06.31.
Now I can't use ISTA+ with German language, what I'm missing?
