Me again, everything is updated but German ISTA DB still remains as 4.06.31.
Now I can't use ISTA+ with German language, what I'm missing?

look in your REG-Fix
i think "DataVersion_de-DE"="4.07.12" is missing.
please write this in your REG-FIX

This file would have updated databases. Did you see that one extracted and installed?
No need to modify registry as LauncherConsole should for you.

If you edited registry before running tool, it may not install because it thinks it is already updated.

Hi,

did you use the regfix? If you will update with launcherconsole, you should not use the regfix. Open the registry with regedit, go to the entry's from the regfix-file, and delete the entry "DataVersion_de-DE=4.07.12". Then start launcherconsole again.

Finally it works, problem was in registry.
Now German language is installed.
