Hi

-Audi A3 2009
-1.6 TDI 105hp
-Diesel
-Simos Pcr 2.1

I have been searching around the web in regards to Volkswagen/Audi group Diesel Gate, having had my car updated with this so called fix and now its undriveable. i came across this

We took a read of the ECU software and compared the changes this emission "fix" had made
- Mid range fuel pressure had an increase of up to 250 bar !
- EGR flow increased as we expected
- Start of Injection (BTDC crank angle) advanced approx 5° !
- Turbo wastegate duty cycle lowered
- Cheat Code disabled - known as "akustik funktion"

and now i was wondering if I can get help with maybe reverting back to an older ECU Software with maybe EGR off and DPF off. any help greatly appreciated

Have also heard of many people suffering problems post fix.

As far as I know, you have two options if you want to do it yourself.

1. Buy VAS5054a adapter, get ODIS-E and flash a pre "Fix" software.
(Note, ODIS can disable DPF regens but you can't delete/disable EGR).

2. Use tool like FGtech, open up an unlock your Tricore ECU and write a modified file with DPF + EGR off.

I've already unlocked my Tricore ECU with a FGtech but was wondering if theres any other way modding my current ECU software and just applying the map value from a pre "FIX" software while keeping my current ECU data intact.
e.g., chassis number & mileage.

Sounds like you're much more knowledgeable than me.
I have seen a few original (unfixed) .bin files on here that people have edited to remove EGR + DPF. Not sure if that's what you're after.

Just bare in mind, if you flash back to a previous (original) software version, any mods that have already been made to the current version (E.g. EGR, DPF Off) will need to be re-written/flashed via FGTech or similar.
