help me please~~
I tried to read and write Renesas V850E2 FG4-L uPD70F3580.
Both tasks were normal and the data were the same when compared.
However, the module could not be recognized when it was checked with diagnostic equipment after it was installed in the vehicle.
When I refer to the data sheet, I can confirm that "system protection functionality (SPF) has been implemented in all V850E2 / Fx4-L devices." The SPF includes a memory protection unit (MPU) and a system register protection (SRP).
Because of this, it seems that even if you write to the module, you can not recognize it. Is there a way to solve this?
Is it because I did not apply the Set Sec button on the upper right after the last write operation? Anyone who knows about this?
help me~
which module?I check if that someone has read it before.and you must have the data right?please upload.

have you tried juancho18's suggestion?can read out?

hello friend.
i read renault parking sonar module.
it has v850E2 FG4L uPD70F3580
i tested working good.
read d flash. p flash. Opt0
write d flash . p flash . Opt0
working good.
But connecting car , not recognize module
why??????
all working complete.
why not recognize?

Is there another security?
I tried to read the data from the same hardware version of the module and try to replicate it.
However, all of the reading and writing operations were normal, but they did not work when connected to the vehicle. Apparently other security technologies are applied.
which year which car's parking sonar module?please give a picture of the module surface appearance, what's your vvdi prog software version?

There seems to be something special security system. There seems to be a system registration restriction like ATMEGA's Fuse.
It seems that there is a security other than just doing what you read and write.
Please solve it.
