I contact the seller and he said its hardware where problem and i have to resend it to repair
and of course its impossible to resend it becoz of high cost. is there any way to flash it or any solution i can try it even will break my device ? |

Hi, first try change the usb cable or Install the program to another pc.

Check inside the dongle.Solder the pin.Maybe the battery is empty.

Resolder all the pins of the connector. After open fvdi and solder the pins of connector.
