I had the same issue because DHT was disabled in my torrent client (as it's against the policy of some anti leech trackers). Once enabled download started after a few minutes. Thanks. |

I try to install ISTA again (Windows 7 32 bit, Java8, update 144, Net framework 4.7). Vcredist x862008 is not install. I copy license from .txt but can't paste it in the box beacuse "paste" button is disabled (inactive).
