Problem installing ISTA/P 3.62.0.500

XZBMW  Problem installing ISTA/P 3.62.0.500
I'm trying to install ISTA/P 3.62.0.500 but every time I have unknown error and installation is cancelled.

Before was everything okay, no problems when installing but now won't.

Any suggestions what can be a problem or what cause this problem??

Hi i had also this unknown error when installing 3.62.4.001 update tried it two times failed and un-installed everything by itself, then fresh install of base and then updates same thing. then i ran rcleaner from spiders torrent cleared the registry and then it installed fine. also made sure the hardrive was not going to sleep and computer also in power management.

Hi, RCleaner didn't help, still the same unknown error.

Setup writes logs somewhere in programdata/ispi... I bet your best shot is to find those and see what is a problem.
