got it sorted,was in Russian,clicked on all boxes with ???? till I found the language selection box.
Runs perfectly now on my old windows 7 32bit PC ,but cannot get it to work on my windows 10 64bit PC.cannot get multikey 64/install.cmd to run,so I am getting error 15 hardlock missing flashing up when trying to start Etka

try this way for me it works:
Start the Device Manager => right click the root directory => pick "Add
legacy hardware" => "Next" => "Install the hardware that I manually select from
a list (Advanced)" => "Next" (don't pick anything) => "Have Disk..." => point to
the MULTIKEY64 folder => OK => agree to install the non-signed driver.
