Nissan Consult 3 installation problem

Nissan Consult 3 installation problem
I can not install the Nissan Consult 3+ from V34.11 to V65.12 on Win xp 32 bit pops up the same message as in the attachment I installed on XP SP2, XP SP3 changed the kernel32.dll file but without effect

hello are you updating from version 34.11 to v65.12 try uninstalling all consult program any versions and delete any related files left in program files folder.

Run a registry cleaner like CCLEANER to fix and remove old/unused registry files.

Then try fresh install of 65.12 Instead of updating installing over 34.11

try that and see how you get on be sure to let me know if it helps smile

Thanks for the reply, I may have badly described your problem, I have installed fresh win xp 32 bit and try to install any version of consult 3+ without effect on any version of the installation every time I have this error as attached

I believe the newer versions of Consult 3+ is only supported by Windows 7. I have the latest version running great on Windows 7 64 bit.
